These items will be used in our class and at home! The give the ability to push their limits to help them succeed this next year. Each item specifically helps the girls push to be better dancers and helps us teach incoming girls how to dance. Other items are needed to just help the program financially. TheraBands will be used during workouts to strengthen muscles and to help keep them healthy to dance. It will also help us in our competition routines. Strength training is crucial in the dance world.
