Having art and craft supplies in the classroom to create projects to learn about our history and government. One of the hardest units is government and constitution ,but creating hands-on lessons helps ALL students learn with a deeper understanding of our government. They are able to remember the knowledge and use it their whole lives. This unit is covered on state exams as well for them. The materials in the cart is map pencils to tape that the students will create projects in class. Computers are great ,but creating with our hands helps the students have more interactive fun in social studies.
