Reading has fallen during this time because students have not been in the classroom the required time. Also, assessments have proven low from not being in the classroom. Parents have had lay offs and are now working extra to make up for lost income. The kindles will encourage and excite my students to listen to children books and use educational games. The majority of my students do not have the requested materials at home so this will be a great learning material for my students to use while at school.

About my class
