Although my students are filled with tons of curiosity and excitement for learning, they are also filled with tons of energy and wiggles. I remember that I myself was once a very wiggly second grader and sometimes this made it more difficult for me to learn. I would love for my students to have a chance to get their wiggles and energy out in an appropriate way while they are still engaged in learning. The wobble stools and wobble cushions I am requesting will allow my students to engage in their learning while also getting those extra wiggles out so that they can learn and grow. The wobble stools will be placed at my small group table. This is one of the most important places in our classroom because it is where I am able to meet my students at each of their different academic levels. The wobble cushions will be rotated amongst students who may need them to get their wiggles out for the day.
