Students who are actively engaged in learning are more likely to remember and retain what they are taught. The magnetic letters, word builders and response boards, allow students to manipulative letters as they listen for sounds, identify letters and blend letters into words. Student understanding can quickly be assessed as student's record learning on response boards. These manipulatives help students be actively engaged in practicing phonological awareness, phonemic awareness and phonics. These materials will provide a fun way for students to have additional practice where they have unfinished learning. Students learn best as they see it, say it, write it, and manipulate it, all while having fun!
