The school I work for is a completely online school and the pandemic has significantly increased our student base. Learning online is so challenging, and my students will benefit from my ability to provide seamless online instruction. Students are easily distracted from our online meetings, and this is exacerbated with technology issues and glitching tech tools. I would love to have state of the art equipment to make online learning move into the sphere of extraordinary where students can hear me well, see me well, and I can easily see them and the lesson at the same time on one large screen. Having a large computer monitor will allow me to see my students in meetings, while also seeing the lesson material I am using to teach them. A white board will provide clear visuals and allow me to demonstrate concepts, and organizational tools will help me stay focused during meetings. Seamless online instruction will be facilitated by the use of high quality digital tools like a high quality camera, microphone and monitor. These tools will make my job easier, and a happy teacher makes for happy students!
