I would be able to use the Cricut machine to make math manipulatives for students to use their hands to help them learn. Things like fractions, geometry, trigonometric triangles, etc. can be taught using physical aides. The 3D printer can help me create cross sections of shapes and conic sections when teaching hard-to-visualize geometry units. It will take my teaching from "blah" to "WOW!!!" Hands-on activities (such as these) help struggling students who do not learn as well through direct instruction- It can help math seem more real and useful to students, not to mention more fun! This is huge when it comes to learning math.
