I teach 2nd grade, these are the students most effected by Covid-19. These items will give each student a chance to sound out words and practice their reading and decoding skills while in the classroom. They will learn blending and spellings of words. We are learning how to tell time and the clock will give the students a visual concept of time. These supplies will be used in small groups with the teacher, helping them boost their reading and math skills they missed out on when the schools shut down during their important kindergarten year.
