Because of Covid 19, students have experienced trauma and inconsistent home situations. I can help my students process what is going on in the world around them by giving them lots of tools to draw, write, and act out how they feel. Kids don't always have the vocabulary they need to say how they feel. Using dramatic play and visual arts, they can feel capable of communicating their emotions. These materials in this project will help me open up communication lines with my children. We will paint, act and sing together.
