After 20 years teaching high school and middle school science, my heart is compelled to teach the littles. It will be a completely project based Engineering and Technology class for 1st-4th graders. I am starting fresh, and want to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where they feel safe to make mistakes and learn to work as a team. Right now the classroom is bare, and I want it organized and full of fun engineering and growth mindset decorations so they are surrounded by positive energy. The TPT is to get me started with fun, engaging lessons and build off those. The books are to encourage literacy, while introducing engineering in the real world. A quick story time before getting to our build! Everyone loves stickers, so these will be used as rewards for being a good teammate and competition rewards!
