Students are facing an enormous amount of anxiety with the overwhelming changes they are facing in their lives. The glitter, glue, and food coloring will be used for students to make individual glitter bottles. They will have the opportunity to make their own and be taught to use it as a stress/anxiety-reducing tool. Students need to practice communicating and persevering through struggles. Using the Breakout EDU platform I can control the struggle somewhat. Classes will be divided into small groups that can work together to solve puzzles in a supportive environment.
