I am seeking for snacks in order to share with my students. I work in a middle school, zoned in a low income household area. About 80% of my students are African-American or Hispanic and often times come to school very hungry. It is difficult for them to focus when their stomachs are grumbling. Any snacks I give are coming out of my pocket. I have seen a direct correlation in their focus and skills when they’ve have something in their stomach. I need assistance in order to help the students succeed and to make sure that my kids don’t go hungry.
