These students don't always have direct access to individual resources. Providing individual whiteboards and headphones will allow them to have that and let them grow at their own rate. They deserve the attention and focus of me, as their teacher, and individual supplies greatly support me in engaging each student to the point that they will be able to become successful. They can have a place to work out Math problems in small groups and whole class that allows me to get to them faster as I can see their work from farther away. We also use several computer programs that give individual instruction based on what lesson the student is on. Without good headphones, they can’t hear the lesson clearly to understand how to accomplish the tasks in the program. Individual success will lead to the success of others around them as they lift each other up and help those in need in our world. Let's help make the world a better place!
