One of the biggest effects of the pandemic on student learning was they were isolated while learning online, and they lost the chance that previous students have had to interact with each other and with classroom materials. I want to encourage students to work together, to make math fun, and to use manipulatives to help them make connections. They will be able to use the whiteboards as a different way to learn (besides worksheets), and the algebra tiles will help them visualize the equations we are working with in class.

About my class
