My students have sensory and behavioral needs that affect their ability to access and progress in their general education curriculum. Currently, the school does not have the equipment or program to fill these needs. COVID-19 did create new challenges in the social and emotional areas of the students. These materials are part of the Ready Body, Ready Mind program recommended by our Occupational Therapist. The Mini-Nest Ball Pool will help with regulation and sensory needs. The Gonge Tactile Discs will help with sensory needs as students experience different textures with their hands and feet.
