The leveled books will make a huge difference for the students I have that are unable to read grade-level books. They are required to read books with age-appropriate themes and topics but often can not read them because the Lexile level is simply too high. The snack items are for kids that are almost always hungry and need motivation for jobs well done. The other items are for making a rather drab classroom more motivating and comfortable for students who are quite often left out and placed in less than optimal classroom environments.
