The playground area for kindergarten is a fenced in area, that doesn't encourage play. We need activities that will help the children play and socialize together. We would love a parachute and a hopscotch. In the winter, we have indoor recess and we could use more activities for the children play and learn at the same time, they love magnetic building toys and art supplies. We love our students in our class and want to be able to give them hands-on learning activities and supplies to enhance their experience. We need more art supplies and other supplies to help with science and core knowledge. Your donation will help encourage the students to learn and grow. They love hands-on experiences and using different types of media to write and develop fine motor skills. In kindergarten we focus on writing and reading. We teach reading 1 hour every day and the class is broken up into smaller groups. We need white boards and markers to help with spelling. Kids need different mediums to write with to keep their attention. Colored pencils, fun pencils, markers all help to keep them excited and focused during reading groups. We appreciate your dedication to helping children to learn and grow.
