My students enjoy working together in groups of varying sizes. We often divide into smaller groups for creating special projects, rehearsing scripts for reader's theater, working through science experiments, and other similar activities. We have a table at which to gather for group-work, but no available chairs to surround it. Students have been dragging their awkward chairs over to the table, but are unable to fit very many chairs within the available space. The stools that I have requested will enable all students to have a place at the table.
