The computer that can manage different programs and software, the monitor, and the monitor stand will make the online and hybrid learning necessary during the COVID-19 pandemic easier for me and more effective for my students. These make it possible to give effective feedback more efficiently and to engage with students remotely so I can see them and their work. The pens, pencils, and paper will supply my students with the materials they need for daily writing and the 3-drawer organizer will keep these materials accessible and organized. Additionally, the table-top Post-its are great for the stations we use in AP English when students work together to develop critical thinking and writing skills. The dry erase markers and magnets make it possible to present information in a visually engaging way and to display student work in the classroom. The laminating pouches will make it possible to preserve student work, such as the fantasy world maps we are making in our creative writing class.
