The purpose of this project is to engage the students in learning and motivate them during these difficult times. A big majority of the items in this request are part of my monthly raffle project that I hold as a way to motivate my students to participate in class and complete their work. I am also including fidget toys and stress relief items as I have many students that suffer from anxiety and struggle to concentrate in class, especially during these difficult times. I am also requesting student whiteboards as a way to reach 100% participation from the students without having to share materials and avoid spreading germs. Finally, I would like to show my students math in a different way by using a color graphing calculator to supplement the black-and-white screen graphing calculators we currently have in the classroom.
