Using my Heart Rate Monitors, I would like students to understand how the time Intensity or effort of different activities have an impact on their Heart Rate, as well as their Mental and Emotional Health. How they can choose different activities to keep their heart rates in their target Zones for health and fitness and how that will also help mental and emotional health to live healthier and be more productive. Understanding that the duration of time in an activity as well the spend or effort in an activity, will change how the heart rate can also change. It will help students to understand that Fitness is a lifestyle. Life is changing, having the strength of their heart as well as understanding that different activities are good to build heart health, Mental emotional health, and overall fitness.

About my class
