The students are creating layouts and designs for the school yearbook which is provided for all students of the school. To learn the computer software and hardware appropriately, it is important for them to view the actual visual copies of the layouts they have created. The printer and toner will allow them to view elements of the layout design that need alteration or revision. The quality of the yearbook and the school newspaper are dependent on the student's ability to recognize and revise mistakes or element misplacement. All students will then benefit from the yearbook project.
