The singer's method of breathing is preferred not just for singing, but for meditation, relaxation, calming stress, etc. Hoberman Spheres are to help students learn to take singer's breaths filling all 5 lobes of the lungs for better breath management. This seems to be one of the hardest things for students to consistently do. The breathing models will help students understand the way breathing works and how it is used in singing. Coffee Straws help students learn to expel air in a narrow fast stream for better support leading to a more projected tone and increasing vocal range. Percussion equipment will assist students in experiencing music from throughout the world from many cultures aiding in understanding the global society in which we live.
