My students always enjoy using the drunk goggles to simulate alcohol impairment. It gives them the opportunity to make decisions about using alcohol before they are in a situation that requires them to do so. They also can make this decision carefully while they can effectively think through the consequences. I'd like to have some of these goggles to enhance learning, enjoyment and engagement in my classroom. My students, like all students, have recently dealt with much uncertainty and have had to adjust quickly to online learning situations. I would like them to be able to resume hands on group learning that will make a difference in their decision making throughout high school and beyond.
