In the listening center children will be able to use the CD player to listen to stories or music, when they are wanting time alone. I have different types of stories for children to sit and listen to. I also have books on tape, that they can listen to the story and follow along with the book of that story. They will also be able to listen to music in this center. This will give them a chance to relax, and just be at peace with themselves and the music that they are listening to.
