I will use the materials requested to create a more diverse learning experience within the classroom for my students. My students struggle with math and as a result do not love math class. My goal is to use the requested materials to make coming to math class more enjoyable. I will use the iPad in multiple ways. First, I will use it for class notes and assignments. I will present the notes while lecturing by using the iPad and can help the class with problems on assignments or quizzes by displaying it to the whole class and easily being able to reach multiple students who may need help. Second, it will help me share copies of the notes that are already filled out for students who are either away from school for whatever reason, or need additional help. Sharing filled out notes would be very beneficial for my students. Next, I will use it for different games and activities that we will can/will play as a class. Playing games and doing activities always increases my students participation within class. Lastly, I will use the iPad to enhance myself as a teacher through supply materials for students online. Whether that be through canvas or email. Using technology and supplying students who are unable to come to school the material has been crucial and this will help me do that more effectively. I will use the supplies and classroom games to enhance my math lessons. As mention, my students struggle with math and in general do not enjoy math. Anytime I can add a game or activity my students always have an increase in participation and are much happier to come to math class. As a teacher I want to become more diverse with what I am doing in the classroom.
