I have a vinyl cutter in my room that I use for my digital media students. I would love to help my Seventh Graders also learn how to design logos in Adobe Illustrator and then cut them out and put them on T-shirts for them. It's one thing to design on a computer, but its so much more when you can actually hold and see your designs and artwork off screen! Students can apply this to the Graphic Design, Fashion Design, and Branding careers. Students will be able to learn the process on how all the machines, tech, and design techniques work and apply them to a real world project in my classroom.
