Covid 19 has increased the anxiety and restlessness of our students. They need a way to wiggle to release their frustration without disturbing the rest of the class. Flexible seating will help them move without leaving their seats and reduce classroom distractions. My students will be able to use the chairs in my classroom or take them to other classrooms where they will then be able to wiggle while they work. Giving these students flexible seating will help meet their need for movement and give them a way to quietly relieve their anxiety and frustration.

About my class
