As a Library Media Center Specialist, I thrive in accumulating effective resources for our school. I have talked with various teachers in the building who have expressed interest in adding virtual reality to their classrooms. Virtual reality would give students the ability to experience events and places they have never seen, or maybe never will see. Virtual reality will allow students to be present in historical events, create 3D models, learn of the human body, and enhance creativity. It’s a well-known fact that people learn best by doing, which is exactly what students will get with virtual reality.
