As a current CTE instructor, I teach many classes with different supply needs. My cooking class will benefit greatly from a deep freeze, as we currently have six kitchens and one standard fridge/freezer to store all items. The rolling pins, steam baskets and sifters will provide new opportunity for recipes that have yet to be tried. The fabric, rotary blades, and poly-fil will upgrade materials and will allow students to participate without providing their own supplies. Ink pads and composition notebooks will be used for interior design portfolio and projects. The recipe cards are needed for adult-roles projects. Other supplies will be used for various classroom projects among all preps.
