I am requesting florescent light covers. We are trying to make the general education environment a more calm and balanced environment for students with special needs. Specifically we have many students with autism who can be quite triggered by the overhead florescent lights. These light covers will be a great way to create a calm learning environment for our most sensitive kids. Our kiddos on the spectrum are often overwhelmed with bright lights, and these covers will help them regulate their system in order to be able to better learn along side their peers. This project will help children have access to learning at a higher and more inclusive rate.
