Flexible seating helps my students learn. My students work much better in an environment where they are in charge, and they can make choices that benefit their learning. During COVID-19, group and team work was made harder, as well as seating in my classroom because of social distancing. Flexible seating will help my students seat in different areas of the classroom, in different positions and work on their works (either individually or with groups) in ways that best benefit them. Kids with flexible learning are more engaged with their learning.
