My students can interact better with me in their individual languages and write down hopes and dreams so that I can have conversations with them about their future plans. I meet with each of my students every year in a college and career readiness meeting and ask them questions. Having an Ipad will allow students to interact more and be able to write their answers into their College and Career Readiness Plan. This plan is reviewed yearly and students would have greater access to their yearly plan. Every student needs a plan!
