The last two years have hindered learning and relationships. Gaps in learning are larger than they ever have been. By having an iPad and these headphones, my students will have access to technology that will allow them to cancel out sound, have a microphone that will only pick up on their voice, and an iPad used to create fun tutorials and be used as a portal whiteboard. These kids have gone so long with their voices not being heard, and only using secondhand devices. The headphones will be so helpful as we work on informative and narrative writing. It will give the students the opportunity to hear and be heard, because what they have to say matters. The iPad will allow me to create fun tutorials and will be used as a portal whiteboard.
