I service the special education students in our elementary school. We have many students who struggle with learning due to learning disabilities among many others. These students have had a very difficult time during the COVID-19 pandemic. They require special instruction to meet their individual needs. These items include manipulatives that my students will be able to use, to help them in both reading and math. There is also flexible seating to make their learning environment comfortable and conducive to learning in an effective way. My goal is to help these students reach their academic goals regardless of their disability. These items are things most my students do not have at home and it is very important for them to have them to use while at school.
