Whiteboards on all the desks help the students show their work where I can see them. I would also like to use portable whiteboards and a microphone so that I can take the classroom outside when the weather permits. The whiteboards could be used at home as well, but will be used mostly in the classroom. The games and basketball hoop will be used to create more engagement and fun in the classroom. I have a lot of students who finish their work early, but a fun corner could be used for motivation for everyone to get their work completed. We play a couple different math basketball games as well, so using a hoop would be more fun for the students. Being able to laminate the activities would help me keep the activities nice for future students, and the graph on the board would help them all see and understand the lessons more fully.
