Having intervention kits in both reading and math will provide the necessary materials to those students who have missed crucial foundational skills to learn and grow in the classroom. This will not only help fill in those holes but also build confidence and self-esteem in my classroom. By building up their confidence, my students will be more willing to apply themselves and take ownership of their learning. My students will have the skills to continue to push forward in their learning when it becomes more challenging. Building their confidence will aid in critical thinking and problem-solving skills needed for their success in the future.

About my class
