I teach at an intermediate school with 6th and 7th graders. In our PE classes we play a lot of the traditional sports but I would also like to include some equipment to learn some non-traditional sports or variations of the original. This equipment and activities will keep my students active and learning about sports skills in a variety of ways. These activities will also still teach them sport specific skills and team work in a socially distanced manner. Playing game that involve targets, throwing, catching and running will keep them engaged in the activities.
