Having these math games for small group instruction will give them learning tools to use while I am meeting with another small group for individual reteach. The science and steam tools will allow my students to use technology and hands-on programming. Many students are from low-income homes where technology is very limited. Each group will be practicing cooperation and working together to grasp new concepts. During Covid-19 distance learning many students did not have the opportunity or supplies to have hands-on experiences. These experiences are so important to learning. There is a need for more resources so that students can have meaningful experiences during small group instruction and have the hands-on tools to learn while keeping them healthy and safe. These supplies will allow them to learn Math facts and develop fluency. The science lessons for our core include circuits and energy, as well as reactions. All of these will be observed with these new tools. Social skills and healthy activities are learned in the classroom as well as on the playground. Our Title I school needs your help!
