My number one goal is to provide my students with the best opportunity to learn. In Special Education, that means that each child has resources that will help them individually succeed. The books that I have chosen are specific to meeting the needs of each and every student that I work with. The books you donate cover important early phonological skills and sight-reading skills that we can use to help cater to my individual students' needs! Once they have mastered these skills, the grade level K-6 books will ensure that every child that walks in my door has a book they can read at their independent reading level and that it is interesting to them individually. Not only will they be able to grow in academic confidence having the resources they need at their fingertips, but they will have the opportunity to read in a space that is comfortable utilizing the sensory pillows, floor pillow, and sensory light. You are an integral part in the success of my students! Thank you so much for your time and generous donation.
