I am requesting tools which will help my students in their dance development. The thera-bands will be used to strengthen muscles and help students understand correct placement for injury prevention. This is a great tool to help dancers achieve the strength and kinesthetic understanding they need to be progress forward in their dance techniques. The exercise ball storage will allow me the space in my dance studio to purchase a class set of Thera-balls so I can teach Progressive Ballet Technique, an innovative training method that will help students progress physically as dancers. The O ring light and audio component will help students create amazing audition videos for universities and professional gigs.
