During COVID a lot of the hands-on experiments were either done away with or converted to online, electronic, or made virtual. My students really seem eager to get back to hands-on learning. They especially are curious and have many questions about extreme or cutting-edge research and discoveries being made. The understanding of matter and energy and how they interact can be shown and tested with experiments and demonstrations showing energy being manipulated by temperature. Having liquid nitrogen storage and transfer tanks, thermocouple thermometer, gloves, and safety shield to obtain, store, handle and experiment with super cold temperatures is super exciting.
