Whenever we are singing in class I am playing the guitar or playing the electric keyboard. With the guitar I can circulate the classroom and make close contact with all my students; but, I cannot help them with matching the melody. With the keyboard, I can play the melody and help them to sing correctly on pitch; but, I'm stuck in one place and cannot move around the classroom. An accordion solves the problem of simultaneously playing a melody and circulating the classroom. It will allow me to make close connections with all my students while playing specific melodies or harmonies for them to sing.

About my class
