Many students are not getting their sensory needs fulfilled throughout the day which results in poor academic performance, low engagement, and behavior issues. There are many benefits to sensory play including cognitive development, increased brain function, increased emotional regulation and heightened ability to process new information (better learning). Sensory seekers are missing a key piece of the learning puzzle. I have seen how a "sensory diet" can positively change a child's entire school experience. Help them to find the missing piece in their puzzle. The products I have selected will help my students learn to self-regulate and find ways to meet their own sensory needs.
