Yoga is all about feeling good and spreading the love. By using the yoga blocks and straps the students will be able to adjust the movement to their own level to stay confident in themselves. The posters and other yoga material will set a positive atmosphere in the classroom to ensure that the students feel comfortable and happy in the yoga room. I am trying to create a safe space where students can come to meditate and destress from the world around them. These materials are going to help me with that goal!
