I have requested science materials that will provide my students with hands on experiences to deepen their understanding of life science, earth science, and physical science. These experiences will help them develop a good foundation for as they continue to learn these sciences as they continue through school. The teacher pay teacher gift cards will be used to buy materials to support word work that I am learning about in the LETRS program. These materials could potentially be used at home with the struggling readers and returned to school. I am excited to see how the students can progress when given more focus on their individual needed skills.
