My project is based on both virtual learning and in-person learning. I have recently won a grant to purchase all of the needed items to record virtual videos. I am currently recording lessons for all of the 7th grade ELA classes and 8th grade Science classes within my school. The problem is that learning and teaching is different for each student, so one video is not a good fit for all students. Some students need a higher-level challenge added to their daily work in order to keep them learning. My students desperately need headphones so the video can be individualized without drawing attention to learning levels. These headphones also assist the students in virtual learning from home in the case of another COVID quarantine! My students will be able to have headphones on and listen to the videos without outside distraction. I am also in need of a printer for quarantine situations so that I can print lessons that students submit whether I am at home or at school.
