Over the past couple of years we have learned that when students are taught to read in a systematic and sequential order, they will have high levels of success. We believe that all students can learn to read and in order to help our students be successful, we need more materials. Our teachers have seen great success when students feel successful with Decodable Readers. Teaching student phonics has never been more important than after we saw the effects of students missing school because of the pandemic. When students can begin with learning how to read work with short vowels, they will start to have more success with other text. Teachers need more decodable readers to give all students access to quality text. These readers help students with learning disabilities, students learning English, as well as students who are ready to be pushed onto advanced phonics skills.
