Students will use materials to engage in hands-on learning activities. Some of these materials are products I need more of because as special education teachers we have not been included in the school counts. These requested materials can support sensory needs so students can remain with their same-age peers as much as possible. Manipulatives for both language arts and math skills have been restricted due to typically sharing. This has not been permitted during the pandemic for contact tracing reasons. Having multiple of the same item allows the opportunity for students to take ownership.
