A good book can help calm the mind and distract students from all their worries. My students need to be able to get books in their hands. This is something that many of them to do have at home. Students can spend time reading a good book and be able to relate to characters within the books and learn how others overcome challenges and obstacles in life. When a student has nothing to do they can find themself bored which may lead them to doing things they should not be doing. One book can "hook" a student to become a lifetime reader. One book at a time is all it takes.

About my class
